I didn’t always know what I was doing in the gym.
I spent years jumping between workouts and diets, wanting to feel strong and confident—but never fully understanding how to get there. I wanted results, but more than that, I wanted clarity.
That changed when I stopped chasing random programs and started learning how the body actually moves.
With a background in gymnastics, over 10 years of weightlifting, and 3+ years as a personal trainer, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative strength training can be—when it’s done correctly.
